RESOLUTION No. 79-406
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
DESIGNATING THE OLD ADMINISTRATION BUILDING TO THE
LOCAL OFFICIAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC RESOURCES r
WHEREAS, at a noticed public hearing on September lS, 1979,
the Council heard testimony on the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Old Administration Building, located at 1101 university
Avenue, was built in 1915; and
WHEREAS, the structure has been evaluated and determined to have
architectural and historical significance. and
WHEREAS the structure was designated to the National Register of
Historic Places in 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fresno
designate the Old Administration Building to the Local. Official ` Register as
set forth in Article 4 of the Fresno Municipal Cade relating to the
Preservation of Historic Structures
