RESOLUTION No. - 4 3'
A. RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL < OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
DESIGNATING W'yM PHYSICIANS" BUILDING TO THE LOCAL
OFFICIAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC RESOURCES.
WHEREAS, at a noticed public hearing on September 18, 1979 the
Council heard testimony on the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Physicians` Building, located at 2,647 Fresno Street,
was built in 1926 and
WHEREAS,. the structure has been evaluated and determined to have:
architectural and historical significance; and
WHEREAS, the structure has been designated to the National Register
of Historic Places.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council; of the City of Fresno
designate the Physicians' Building to the Local Official. Register as set
forth in Article 4 of the Fresno Municipal Code relating to the Preserva-
tion of Historic Structures.
