A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING CONSOLI—
DATION OF A SPECIAL, MUNICIPAL ELECTION WITH
THE STATEWIDE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
JUNE 3, 1980.
RESOLV'EI1, by the Council of the ' City of Fresno, California,
as follows
SECTION 1. « The Board of Supervisors of Fresno County is
hereby requested to consolidate a special municipal election
cal.l,ed by this Council- with the statewide election to be held
on Jane 3; 1980, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified
electors of the City of Fresno a measure amending Section 307
of the Charter of the City of .Fresno to eliminate a provision
requiring compensation of certain employees at private collective
bargaining agreement rates,
SECTION 2. Said measure shall appear on the same ballot
as that provided for the statewide election, and the exact
form of the question to be: voted upon at said special muni-
