WHEREAS, there are easements for public utila. lest
water main and Water services in, upon, over and across
portions of Lots 20, 21, 22 and 23 of West Shaw Financial
Park, Tract No. 2819, recorded December 21,'1977 in Volume
31 of Plats at Page 81 Fresno County Records situated in.
the City of Fresno, County of Fresno, State of California.
For particulars as to the Proposed vacation, reference is
hereby made , to the map entitled "Map Attached to Resolution
Ordering the Vacation of Easements for Public Utilities,
Water Mains and Water Services"; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno makes the:
following findings based upon all the evidence eubm tteds
1- That these portions of the easements proposed to be
vacated are not currently used for the transmission of water
or other Public utilities; and
2 Said portions of such easements are unnecessary for
present or prospective public utilities or water purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City, of Fresno desires to
vacate and abandon said easements for public utilities,
water mains and water services;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Fresno does
hereby resolve as follows
1. That the easements for public utilities, water
mains and water services heretofore and now existing in
upon, over and across those portions of Lots 20, 21, 22 and
23 of west Shaw Financial Park situated within the City and
County of Fresno be and it is hereby vacated and abandoned.
2 The Council finds and determines that the rights of
way or parts thereof vacated are not useful as bicycle paths
or routes

3. The City Clerk of the City of Fresno shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause a certified
copy thereof attested by the Clerk under the seal of the
City of Fresno, to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Fresno, State of Califox°na.
CLERK'S CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 79-36
was regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City
of Fresno at a meeting held on the 4th day of Sept,
1979 by the following:
