RESOLUTION NO, 79-349
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NOS. 3053
:and 3124 r AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
USESTHEREIN, AND .APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, The Dakota Company
has offered for approval final subdivision maps designated as Tract
Nos. 3053 and 3124
and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which appear on the final maps
(except the approval certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and: the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final maps
f have: been filed for approval, and, -
f
WHEREAS, said subdivisions lie within the boundary of the
corporate limits of - the City of Fresno; and
WHEREAS, said maps conform to all of the requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and:,
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subdivisions,
together with the provisions for their design and improvement,, are
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures
appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easements, access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said maps. and.,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative maps, and the final
subdivision maps, are in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by the Council:

WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement, in the form presented
to the Council this day, for the construction and installation
of improvements as therein specified for said tracts. has been

prepared and is ready for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno as follows
i. That said final tract maps are hereby approved and all of

! the streets, public utility easements, access rights and other

public properties and uses offered for dedication on said maps are
hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and. the
Director of Public Works of the City is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of theCity.
