RESOLUTION NO. 79- 33
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO AS FOLLOWS
1. THAT Management and Confidential employees who were required to work a.
significant number of additional hours in support of the provision of
City services during the work stoppage shall be granted additional
administrative leave not to exceed 24 hours, the specific allocation
of which shall be at the discretion of the Chief Administrative Officer.
2. THAT this resolution: shall be in full force and effect upon its
adoption.
I, Jacqueline L. Ryl.e, City Clerk of the City of. Fresno, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution No. 79-331 was regularly passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Fresno, at a meeting. held
August 7 1979, by the following votes; -
AYES: Alrrarado, Doig, fuel,, Reich, 1,iliiarps;, Mills, Whitehurst
NOES: done
ABSENT: lone
