RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO.APPROVING AN
APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF $250,000 FROM ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79
(42033) TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 67 (42010) TO PROVIDE FUNDS, FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 67
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT Assessment District No. 67 be and is hereby established as a Capital
Project in the amount of $250,000 to be funded out of the total Public Works
Department appropriation of $1,657,200 in. Section 5.42000-4000 of the Annual
Appropriation Resolution No 79-265
THAT account titles and numbers requiring adjustment by this Resolution are
as follows.
