RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,.CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO, 3110, AND
ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC USES THEREIN, AND APPROVING ` AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS B G & W Construction, Inc,
has offered for approval a' final subdivision map designated as
Tract No 3110, and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which 'appear on the final. map
(except the approval certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of
territory which is the subject of annexation to the City of Fresno,
- recordation of Whim is 'pending; and,,
WHEREAS,; said map conforms to all of the requirements of the
Subdivision. Map Act of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolution and standards; and,
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subdivision
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City",
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures
appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easements, access' rights .and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map; and,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, and
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved. by ,this Council.,
and,.
WHEREAS, a Subdivision .Agreement, in the farm presented
to the Council this day, for the construction and installation
of improvements as therein specified for said tract., has been
prepared and is ready for execution.
