RESOLUTION NO, 79-30
ARESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, REINITIATING AN AMENDMENT
TO MAP SECTION N4A OF , THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF FRESNO HERETOFORE ADOPTED BY
ARTICLES I. TO 4, INCLUSIVE, CHAPTER 12, OF THE
FRESNO MUNICIPAL CODE, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FRESNO (APPLICATION NO. 5792)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.2-40 - 1--5 of the Fresno
Municipal Code, the Council hereby reinitiates proceedings for the
redistricting of real property describe& as follows:
From R--11UGM to C--1 UGM
Lot 94 Tract No. 2939, HALLMARK HOMES 27, Fresno County,,.
California, according to the map thereof recorded in
Volume 82 at Pages 84 and 85, Fresno County Records.
