A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
MAKING THE 53rd AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 77-298
ENTITLED- "A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO ESTABLISHING RULES FOR. THE APPLICATION OF CITY
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION RATES AND SCHEDULES AND RELATED
REQUIREMENTS ,AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES AND
SCHEDULES."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
SECTION 1. That Page 7.1 of Exhibit 7 of. Resolution No. 77--295
be amended to read as attached (adding the salary for the classes
of Y76 Maintenance Service Worker Trainee ands Y86-ngineering
Aide Trainee, Y79 Community Aide 1, and changing the title of
Y83 Community Aide (C.E T.A.) to Y83 Community Aide II.,
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage thereof.

that the foregoing Resolution No. 797298 was regularly
