A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA RELATING TO THE CERTIFI-
CATION OF CLEAR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE WIDENING
I OF NORTH CEDAR AVENUE BETWEEN EAST BARSTOW
AND EAST SIERRA AVENUES ANTS AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR. OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE THE
CERTIFICATE,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works is submitting to this
Council a Certificate reporting that sufficient right-of-way
exists for the Widening and Construction of North Cedar Avenue
between East Barstow A. -venue and. East Sierra Avenue, which is
required Icy the 'State Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Director of Public Works

be authorized and directed to execute the Certificate for and on
behalf of the City of Fresno,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO RESOLVES
that the Director of Public Works of the Ci ty of Fresno, Fresno
County, California, be and he is hereby authorized: and directed
to sign .for and on behalf of the City of Fresno, the Certificate
relating to right-of-way in Connection with the 'Widening and
Construction work on North Cedar Avenue between East Barstow Avenue
and East Sierra Avenue
