A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP
PRESNO RELATING To THE SUBMISSION OF 1979/8
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUND CLAIM TO THE COUNCIL
OF FRESNO COUNTY GOVERNMENTS.

Claim from the Local Transportation Fund of :hesno County ,for Fiscal Year 1979-
1980 and

review claim and allocate such funds in accordance with the Transportation
Development Act of 1971 and Chapter 3 of VLt1e 21 of the California Administra-
tive Code; and

Nam, MRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fresno hereby requests
the Council of Fresno County Gove unents to allocate $3,812,035 from` the Local
Transpoxtation fund tok the nan d applicant for Fiscal. Year 1979 1. 80' for the pur-
poses al to -wed under Articles III, TV, V and VIII of the Transportation Devel4b-
rrent Act of 19711, as identified i€1 the attached claim and which is in accordance
with the opted Regional Transportation Plan,
BE IT FURUMR RESOLVED that the City of Fresno hereby requests of the
Clty's total Transportation Fund Apportion nt for Fiscal. Year 1.979-1980 said
amount being $3,812,035, including $895.,532 under Article V frcm the Coo!. ty of
Yresno Transportation Fund Apportionment, that $85,745 be allocated from the
Local Transportation Mmd to the Council of Fresno County Gove=ments for the
purpose of conducting Regional Transportation Plann ng .
