RESOLUTION NO, 79-7-92
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CAL:rFOR.NIA,
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION ;SAP OF TRACT NO. 3013
AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
USES THEREIN, AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Odyssey Investment Company, Incorporated
has offered for approval a final subdivision map designated as Tract
No. 3013 #
and,
WHEREAS , a.11 the certificates which appear on the final map
(except the approval certificate icate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno; ' and.,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and.,
WHEREAS, the Council: finds that the proposed subdivision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City.
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the ownersg whose signatures
appear on said map, and others have offered for dedication: certain
streets, public utility easements, access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map; , and,
ATHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative map, and the final
subdivision map is in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by this Council.;
and,,

WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement' In the form presented
to the Council this duty, for the construction and installation
of improvements as therein specified for said tract, has been
prepared and is ready for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ' of the City
of Fresno as follows:
1. That said final tract reap is hereby approved and all of
the streets, public utility easements, acoess rights and other
public properties and uses offered for dedication on said: map are
hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and. the
E Director of Public orbs of the City is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City.
