RESOLUTION NO 79-290 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRES O AUTHORIZING THE RENAMING OF A ONE-HALF BLOCK PORTION OF NORTH EZIE AVENUE NORTH OF EAST PONTIAC WAY TO NORTH STANFORD AVENUE WHEREAS the Fresno County and City Street Name Committee recommended than the City of Fresno designate the above mentioned North Ez e Avenue northof East Pontiac Way to North.Stanford Avenue, WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission called a public hearing on May 15, 1979, to consider this change, pursuant to a. published notice as required by Section 12-1104-a-2 of the Fresno Municipal Code, and WHEREAS; the Planning Commission during public: hearing on June 5, 1979, received the recommendation from the Committee, r�e ved the report and recommendation from the Department of Plannink and Inspection staff, and received oral testimony from interested cit�"dens relative thereto, andy� WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission recommended to the Council of the City of Fresno by Resolution; No 6880 that a portion of North Ezze Avenue be renamed North Stanford)Avenue, and - WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Vresno did receive the recommendation of the Fresno City Planning Commission in accordance with Section 12-1.104 and has determined therefrom that the street nave should be changed NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno that the one�-half block portion. of North Ezie Avenue north of East Pontiac Way be renamed North Stanford Avenue, I, JACQUELINE L.
