A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESN
ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
1. That the City shall contribute the sum of $75.85 per month
per employee to the Fresno City Employees Health. and. Welfare
Trust for all employees in the Management and Confidential
Grup.
2. That the Long Term Disability Plan for Management and
Confidential employees be amended to provide 66 per cent
of the first $3333 of monthly salary, to a maximum of
$2000, other terms and -,.conditions of the plan to remain
the same
3. That monthly salaries ranges of Management and Confidential
employees in Exhibit 2 of Resolution 77-298 be increased by
13 ranges (or 6,5%)for classes having the "E" step at or
below $2917 per month, and 12 ranges (car 6%) for classes
having the "E" step above $2917 per month, provided that
the salary ranges of the following classes shall be increased
by the indicated: number of ranges, or per cent, notwithstanding
the foregoing:

4. That the class of Law Office Supervisor be exempt from
the payment of overtime and eligible for administrative
leave.
That the contract between the City and the Convention
Center Director be amended to provide for -a six (6)
percent increase in compensation.
6. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effective
July 1, 1979.
