RESOLUTION NO. 79-262
AUTHORIZATION OF SIGNATORIES FOR CITY OF FRESNb
DEFERRED C014PENSATIO14 ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73--267, adopted
on May 17 F 1973, the Finance Director `is authorized to implement
the City of Fresno Deferred Compensation Plan and to mare
decisions pertaining thereto;
BE IT RESOLVED that Henry J. Paulsen, Acting Controller
and Finance Director, as Flan. Administrator and Fiscal Officer,
is hereby authorized to sign all accounts established by the
City of Fresno Deferred Compensation Plan; and in the absence
of said Acting Controller and Finance Director that the Deputy`
Finance Director, Robert C. Rowers, is authorized to sign
said accounts for and on behalf of the City. Such authorizations
shall apply to accounts established with mutual funds or with
savings and loan associations, and shall be effective until
written notice is sent terminating any such authorization.
This authorization rescinds signatory authorization
contained; in Resolution No. 77-453 effective immediately.
