RESOLUTION NO. 2
.A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO AUTHORIZING CERTAIN FINANCE OFFICERS
TO SIG14 VARIOUS INVESTMENT DOCUMENTS FOR AND
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FRESNO AND AUTHORIZ—
ING THEM TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN ANY AND ALL
914ALLL CLAIMS COURT PROCESSING AND APPEARANCES
AND RESCINDING PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION
RESOLUTION NO. 7 7-- 3 7 7 ADOPTED AUGUST 30, 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
(1) That the following named Finance officers of the City
of Fresno be and are hereby authorized to sign written`
instructions, consents stock certificates or other
securities as may by necessary in the performance of
their duties for and on behalf of the city of Fresno;
(2) and, that these designated Finance officers are also
authorized and appointed -to represent and appear for
the City in the process of any and all claims filed in
the Small Claims Court of the Fresno Judicial District
and empowered to accept service of process issued by said
court; for and on behalf of the City of Fresno;

(3) and, that the specimen signatures appearing on this
Resolution shall be officially _ recognized until, this
authority is rescinded by a resolution of the: Council
of the City of Fresno;
(4) and, that Resolution No. 77--377r adopted August 30, 1977r
authorizing certain signatures is hereby rescinded and
replaced by the adoption of this resolution.
