RESOLUTION NO. 79-259
WHEREAS, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting through the
DEPART14ENT OF TRANSPORTATION:., FEDERAL AV € AT I ON ADMINISTRATION, has
offered a Grant Agreement to the CITY OF FRESNO for Airport Development Aid
Project No. 6-06-0087--09, Contract No. DOT FA 79WE -5075 for the
development of the FRESNO AIR TERMINAL consisting of the following. -
Extend, resurface, mark and light Runway 1 d Rf 29L, re-
location of REIL`s reconstruction of Runway and
Taxiway "F"intersection, and'Construction, lighting
and marking of exit taxiways and . run-up aprons, i n..
cluding shoulder erosion control and drainage;
Construct, light and mark connector taxiway between Tax! -
way I'P" and "H" including drainage;
Extend, light and mark Taxiway "P11, including fillets and
drainage,
Rehabilitate lighting on Taxiways 'IF" andAV".
Remove portion of Taxiway "E", including run-up
apron between Taxiway "H" and Runway 1111/29L.
WHEREAS, a true copy of the Grant Agreement is attached hereto
F and made a part hereof.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
that Fart I -- Offer of the Grant Agreement for Airport Development Aid
Project No, 6-06-0087-09 is hereby approved and accepted, and the Trans-
portation Director is hereby authorized and directed to sign and execute
Part It - Acceptance of the Grant Agreement, ' and the City Attorney is
authorized to sign the Certificate of Spon or' Attorney on behalf of the
City of Fresno.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, this 26th day of
June, 1979
