WHEREAS, THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting through the DEPART-
MENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DIVISION OF AERONAUTICS, has offered a Grant
Agreement to the CITY OF FRESNO for California Airport AidProgram
Project No. FRE-2-78--I, for the development of she FRESNO CHANDLER
DOWNTOWN AIRPORT, consisting of the reconstruction of approximately
150,i000 square feet of aircraft parking apron and
WHEREAS, a true copy of a Grant Agreement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
flOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO that the Grant Agreement for California Airport Aid Program
Project No. FRE-2--78-1 is hereby approved and ,accepted and the Director
of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to sign and execute
the acceptance of the Grant Agreement and all documents pertaining thereto
