RESOLUTION NO. 79-247
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH
MANAGEMENT (UGM) PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 69>
WHICH RELATES TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF NORTH INGRAM BETWEEN WEST NEES AND
WEST ALLUVIAL AVENUES
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery, Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could be
provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to a Cost/Revenue Analysis and
it was determined that the project would result in a surplus of
revenue over capital and operating costs of $jail, 442 over the five
year analysis period; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Service
Delivery Plan and the Cost/Revenue Analysis resolved to recommend to
the City Council the approval of Urban Growth Management Permit
Application No. 69.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Applization No. 69 subject
to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan. dated
April 12.
