RESOLUTION NO. 79-^246
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO, 3095, RELATING TO
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EASTSIDE OF NORTH INGRA
AVENUE BETWEEN WEST NEES AND WEST ALLUVIAL
AVENUES
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3094 was filed on March 9,
1979, and after review by all affected agencies, was presented to the
Fresno City Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the
report and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department,
the Subdivision Review Committees the Department of Public Works
and other affected agencies, and after receiving oral evidence and upon
making its own independent investigation, concluded that the 'Tentative
Tract Map was consistent with the adapted general plan and any
applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and recommended its
conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the report and. recommenda-
tion of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and recommends-
Lion of the Planning Commission, and the contents of the Service
Delivery Plan and Cost/Revenue Analysis, found that Tentative Tract
Map No. 3095 is consistent with the adopted general plan and any appli-
cable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and its approval would be
consistent with the objectives of the Urban Growth Management Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby approves
the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3095 subject to the following conditions
1. Preparation of the Final Map of 'Tract No. 3095 in accordance with
the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "All, dated April 6, 1979,
on file with the City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection Department
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan
dated April 12 1979, which applies to Tentative Tract No. 3095.
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection
Department Memorandum dated April. 10, 1979. �
4.. Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works Department
Memorandum dated. April. 11, 1979.
