A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRESNO F CALIFORNIA, SELLING
B014DS IN THE MATTER OF CITY OF FRESNt3
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 67
WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 79- 229 adopted
June 5, 1979, authorized the issuance of $506,831.97 principal
amount of bonds to be known as "IMPROVEMENT BONDS, CITY OF FRESNO
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 671', all dated June Z, 1979 and further
authorized the sale of such bonds by negotiation and
WHEREAS, sale of such bands has been duly negotiated in
the manner prescribed by Resolution No. 79-_aZ_q__, and
WHEREAS, the negotiated bid received for such bonds was
from MORGAN, OLMSTEAD, KENNEDY & GAR.DNER, whose bid on the various
bonds maturing in the years 1980 through 1989 is as set forth an
Exhibit "ail' attached hereto and incorporated herein by .reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRESNOr CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The sale of Such banns to MORGAN, OLMSTEAD, KENNEDY
& GARDNER for $506,831.97 principal amount of Improvement Bonds,
City of Fresno Assessment District No. 67 is 'n the best interest
of the public and shall be and is hereby authorized.
Z. This resolution shall take effect upon adoption.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Fresno at a regular meeting held on June 1.2 1979, at the City Hall
