RESOLUTION NO. ., 79-23
TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 3128, RELATING TO PROPERTY
LOCATED ON`THE EASTSIDE OF NORTH BLYTHE AVENUE
BETWEEN WEST HERNDON AVENUE AND WEST PALO ALTt?
AVENUE (UGM 67)
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3128 was filed. on March 6,
1979, and after review by all affected agencies, was presented to the
Fresno City Council for review and approval, and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the report
and recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Sub-
division Review Committee, the Department of Public Works, and other
affected agencies, and after receiving oral: evidence and upon making its
own independent investigation, concluded that the Tentative Tract Map was
consistent with the adopted general plan and any applicable specific plan
of the City of Fresno, and recommended its conditional approval; and
WHEREAS the City Council after considering the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and recommendation of
the Planning Commission, and the contents of the Service Delivery Plan and
Cost/Revenue Analysis, found that Tentative Tract Map No. is
consistent with the adopted general plate and any applicable specific plan
of the City of Fresno, and its approval would be consistent with the
objectives of the Urban Growth Management Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby approves
the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3128 subject to the following conditions:
1. Preparation of the Final _Map of Tract No. 3128 in accordance with
the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A", dated. May 7, 1979,
on file with the City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection Department
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan dated
May 9, 1979, which applies to Tentative Tract No. 3128;
3. Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection
Department Memorandum dated May 10, 1979
4. Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works Department
Memorandum dated May 10, 1979, File No. 7312
5. Compliance with the requirements of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood.
Control District Memorandum dated March 29, 1979 (requirement
requested by Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District),
The applicant `sha f l grant to the City of Fresno for the right and
bene-fit of the public, a perpetual airspace easement from 50 feet
MSL upward and extending over the affected portion of Tentative
Tract Map No. 3128, Said Deedof Avicgation and iiazard Easement
to be recorded prior to the Final Map approval.
