AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER, OF $65,000 FROM GENERAL
CONTINGENCY

TO NONDEPARTMENTAL - FINANCE ADMINISTERED (1010) TO AUGMENT WEED
ABATEMENT REVOLVING TRUST FUND FOR 1979 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM
