RESOLUTION NO. 79`"222
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF
OUTSIDE AIRCRAFT STORAGE AND TIES -DOWN FEES
AT THE FRESNO AIR 'TERMINAL.
WHEREAS, Section 2-3275 of the Fresno Municipal Cade
authorizes the Council to establish outside aircraft storage
and tie -down fees at Fresno Air Terminal; by resolutions and
WHEREAS, ResolutionNo 77--254 establishes same; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to update said fees by
this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
1.. In accordance with the provisions of Section
2-3275 of the Fresno municipal Code, outside aircraft
storage or tie -down fees to be effective on and after
July 1, 1979, are hereby established for the Fresno Air
Terminal.
2. These charges are based upon the maximum
certificated gross landing weight: of such aircraft and
are for outside parking and storage in the public
aircraft parking and tie -dawn areas
3. The term "certificated gross landing weight"
used herein shall be the standard maximum certificated
gross landing weight of aircraft as determined by the
Federal Aviation Administration or as determined by
other governmental agencies having jurisdiciton over
civil aviation,

4. All aircraft stored in the open on public -use
areas shall be subject to the storage charge The
above fees shall apply to all aircraft except those for
which storage fees are set by contractual agreement with
the City.
5. A storage charge for one full day shall apply
to any aircraft parked or stored on public -use areas on
the airport for four (4 ) hours or more in any twenty --four
(24) hour period.
6. The monthly rate shown in the schedule above
shall be applicable only in Rows B,, C & B in all other
public -use areas, charges shall be computed on -the
basis of the accumulated daily rate. The monthly rate
as applicable in Rows B C & D shall be determined on a
calendar -month basis and shall apply when: the accumulated
daily rate equals or exceeds the monthly rate.
7. All daily charges shall be paid prior to
aircraft departure unless ether arrangements are made
with the Airports Manager. All monthly storage charges
shall be paid in advance upon receipt of billing
8. Outside storage shall be permitted on the
airport only at places designated by the Airports
Manager. The owner or operator of any aircraft stared
outside shall be responsible for the tie -down and
securing of his aircraft.
9 Resolution No. 77-254 and all ether resolutions
in conflict with this Resolution are repealed effective
July 1., 1979.
