RESOLUTION NO. 79 -21
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT PERMIT
APPLICATION NO 68r WHICH RELATES TO PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH WEST AVENUE AND
WEST HERI' DON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery Review
Committee and a plan was developed, by which urban services could
be provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to to a Cost/Revenue Analysis
and it was determined that the project would result in a surplus
of revenue over capital and operating costs of $407,187 over the
five-year analysis period and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the
Service Delivery Plan and the Cost/Revenue Analysisi resolved to
recommend to the City Council the approval. of Urban Growth
Management Permit Application No 58
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Application No, 68 subject
to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan
dated. May 15, 1979
