RESOLUTION NO. 79-217
TENTATIVE 'BRACT NO 3088, RELATING TO PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH MILLBROOK
AVENUE BETWEEN EAST NEES AND EAST ALLUVIAL AVENUES
(UGM 61 )
WHEREAS, a Tentative Map of Tract No. 3088 was filed on February 22
1979, and after review by all affected agencies, was presented to
the Fresno City Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Planning Commission, after considering the
report and recommendation of the Planing and Inspection Department
the Subdivision Review Committee, the Department of Public Works}
and other affected: agencies, and after receiving oral evidence and
upon making its own independent investigation, concluded that the
Tentative Tract Map was consistent with the adopted general plan: and
any applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and recommended
its conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the report and recommenda-
tion - of the Planning and Inspection Director, the report and recommenda-
tion of the Planning Commission, and the contents of the Service
Delivery Plan and Cost/Revenue Analysis, found that Tentative `tract
Map No, 3088 is consistent with the adopted general plan and and
applicable specific plan of the City of Fresno, and its approval would
be consistent with the objectives of the Urban Growth Management
Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves the Tentative Map of Tract No. 3088 subject to the following
conditions;
1. Preparation,of the Final Map of Tract No. 3088 in accordance with
the Tentative Tract Map entitled Exhibit "A", dated April 20,
1.979, on file with the City of Fresno, Planning and Inspection
Department;
2. Compliance with the requirements of the Service Delivery Plan
dated December 29, 1979, which applies to Tentative Tract No.
3088, except that the requirement for additional paving on North
Millbrook Avenue for a northbound left turn lane into the sub-
division, as contained in item No.1 under Traff is Circulation
Requirements, is deleted, and
3.Compliance with the requirements of the Planning and Inspection
Department memorandum dated April. 10, 1979;
4. Compliance with the requirements of the Public Works Department
memorandum dated April 11,.1.979, File No. 7308, except that with
respect to Item 9.b East Fallbrook Avenue shall, be improved to a
fifty-six (56) foot width rather than a sixty (60) foot width.
