CERTIFICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A BUS PASSENGER SHELTER TO BE LOCATED AT THE
114TERSECTION OF FRESNO AND L STREETS r FA.0 M- 3026 (3)
AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR. OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
EXECUTE CERTIFICATE
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works is submitting to this
Council a Certificate reporting that sufficient right -of --way
exists for the Construction of a Bus Passenger Shelter to be
Located at the Intersection of Fresno and L Streets which is
required by the. State Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Director of Public Works
be authorized and directed to execute the Certificate for and
on behalf of the City of Fresno. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public
Works of the City of Fresno, Fresno: County, California, be,, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to sign for and on; behalf
of the City of Fresno, the Certificate relating to right-of-way
in connection with the con.straction work at the intersection of
Fresno and. L Streets, PAU M-w3026 (3) adapted by the Fresno City
Council this 2 9 th day of lay r 1979,
