A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO APPROVING
AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF $5,000 FROM RIGHT-OF-WAY
ACQUISITION/CONCRETE EXCHANGE (41011) TO UNDERGROUND UTILITY
DISTRICTS (41036) TO PROVIDE; FUNDS FOR DESIGN OF UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT Underground Utility Districts (41036) be and is hereby approved
as a capital project in the amount of $5,000 to be funded out ofthe
total Public Works Department appropriation of $ 171,900'
in Section 5.41000-4000 of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 78-325.
THAT account titles and numbers requiring adjustment by this
Resolution are as follows
