MAKING THE FIFTIETH AMENDY 3T TO RESOLUTION, NO. 77-298
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF ' BE CITY OF
FRESNO ESTABLISHING MULES FOR Tom; APPLICATION OF CITY
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION RATES AND SCHEDULES AM RELATED
REQUIRUMM AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES .AID
SCHEDULES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
SECTION 1. That Section 13 of Resolution No. 77-298 be amended to read as
attached (adding the salary for the class of E06, Fresno Citizen's Par-
ticipation Commission Member)
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in furl force and effect
imvrediately upon passage thereof.

SECTION 13. Members of boards and commissions shall be
compensated, for their services as follows
E05 Civil. Service Board Member $ 75.00 a month
E02 Planning Commission member$150.00 a month
E03 Dousing & Community Development
Commission Member -- $1.50.00 a month
E04 Redevelopment Board Member Not to exceed
$150..00 a month
E06 Fresno Citizen's Participation
Commission on Member -- $75.00 a month
SECTION 14. Employees in the classes of Waste Collector II and
Waste Collector III, except those employees on light duty status,
shall be entitled to compensation for overtime as provided. in
Section 2--1514 of the Fresno Municipal. Code except that 'work per-
formed on a holiday falling on a regular work day shall be com-
pensated for at one and fine -half times, and: on a holiday falling
on a regular day cuff shall be compensated for at two and one --half
times,: the applicable hourly rate.
SECTION 15. The following rules prescribe the payment of
additional pay beoaase of the acquisition of a degree certificate,
