A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL of To CITY OF FRESNO TO AMEM
THE USE OF HANDY RIDE PASS
WBEREAS on Tuesday, October 4, 1977, ;the Council of the City of
Fresno adopted Resolution No. 77-419 establishing tariffs for Fresno Transit
effective at 12:01 am, on the tenth day of October, 1977; and
WHEF,AS on Tuesday, August 29, 1978, the Council of the City of
Fresno adopted Resolution; No, 78-337 amending tariffs for student bus tokens
effective the first day of September, 1977; and
NBER S, the Council desires to allow handy Hide passholders, in
addition to unlimited use of the Handy Ride services with the purchase of a
monthly Handy Ride pass, the right to also ride Fresno Transit coaches by dis-
playing their valid monthly Handy Ride pass to relieve critical dandy Ride ser-
vice for other patrons with a higher priority need;

i As FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The Fresno Transit Tariff Schedule dated September 1
1977 is hereby amended to allow handy Ride ninthly passholders the right to use
Fresno Transit service for no additional cost when displaying valid monthly
Bandy Ride pass,
SECrION 2, This resolution shall become effective and in full force
and effect on the first day_ of June, 1979,
