RESOLUTION NO. 7 -202
A RESOLUTION OF THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO ESTABLISHING CITY POSITIONS
WHICH SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE CITE' OF
FRESNO CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE.
IME R.EA5, under the provisions of the Po`ta tical Reform
Act of 1974, the Council of the City of Ia re iio is the code -
reviewing body for conflict of interest codes required of
city departments and city agencies other than the Cite
Council and
ITHER.EAS on January 23, 1979, the Council of the City
of Fresno adopted Article 20 of Chapter.2 of the Fresno Muni-
cipal Code, entitled Conflict of Interest Code, which provides
that all employees, serving in positions in the city service
which involve the making or participation in the making of
decisions which may foreseeably have a material effect on
the financial interests of such employees, shall be subject
to the disqualification and disclosure provisions of such
Conflict of Interest Code; and y
WHEREAS, the Chief Administrative Officer has submitted
to the Council a list of certain city positions which shall
be required to report pursuant to the City of Fresno Conflict
of Interest Code and the categories of disclosure required
for such position,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE "COUNCIL OF THE CITY OIL FRESNO RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS
1. The attached exhibit t°A", incorporated herein as if
fully set forth:, lists certain designated positions wish shall
be subject to the City of Fresno Conflict of Interest Code
and the categories of disclosure required for each position.
2. The incumbents of such positions shall file the
required financial statements no later than thirty (30) days
subsequent to the adoption of this Resolution._

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING THE 122nd
AMENDMENT TO TIME ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 78--325 BY MAKING
AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER of $105,000 IN THE PARKS ZOO ADMISSIONS FUND
TO REIMBURSE GENERAL FUND FOR TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT of ZOO OPERATING COSTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF FR,ESNOM
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 78--325 be and is hereby
amended as follows

Resolution 78-281 adopted September 1, 1078,
