.RESOLUTION N<3. 79-192
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE FISCAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF T CT NO. 2976
AND ACCEPTING D;SUICATEO PUBLIC
USES THEREIN, XK5 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION UTION OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, FIRST SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
has offered for approval a final subdivision map desgi,n.ated as Tract
No. 2976 ,
and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which appear on the final snap
(except the approval certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the. Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and
WHEREAS said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno and ,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California., and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; ands
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subdalvision,
together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City
WHEREAS.. said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures
appear on said map, and ethers have offered for dedication certain
streets, public utility easements, access rights and other public
properties and uses as shown and delineated upon said map, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative mays, and the final
subdivision map is insubstantialcompliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved by this Council
and,

WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement, in the form presented
to the Council this day, for the construction and installation
of improvements as therein specified for said tract, has been
prepared and is needy for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno as follows:
1. That said final tract map is hereby approved and all of
the streets, public ut.l.s.ty easements, access rights and other
public properties and uses offered for dedication on said map are
hereby accepted
2, Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and the
Director of Public Works of the City is hereby authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City.
