A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING THE;l21st
AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION No. 78-325 BY MAKING
APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS 'TOTALING $2,420,000 FROM VARIOUS COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS TO AREA 2 COMMUNITY CENTER. (26801) TO PROVIDE
FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AREA 2 COMMUNITY CENTER
