RESOLUTION NO. 9 µ 18 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH
MANAGEMENT PERMIT A.PPL I CATI ON NO. 65 WHICH
RELATES TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE. SOUTH SIDE
OF EAST ALLUVIAL AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH CEDAR. AND
NORTH MILLBROOX AVENUES
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could
be provided, and
WHEREAS the project was subjected to a Cost/Revenue Analysis and it
was determined that the project would: result in a deficit of revenue
over capital and operating costs of $18,496 over the five-year
analysis period, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Service
Delivery Plait, and. the Cost/Revenue Analysis, resolved: to recommend
to the City Council the approval of Urban Growth Management Permit
Application No 65.

NOW `THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Application No. 65 subject
to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan dated
March 21, 19791 which applies to the project.
