RESOLUTION NO. 79 -17
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
NO. 10071 RELATING TO REZONING APPLICATION NO. 5775
WHEREAS, Final Environmental Impact Report No. 10071 relating to
Rezoning Application No. 5775 has been prepared in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act; and,
WHEREAS, Final Environmental Impact Report No. 10071 has been
presented to the Council of the City of Fresno for review and
consideration; ands'
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fresno finds that adverse
effects on abutting properties, traffic circulation, air quality,
and storm water drainage would be mitigated by incorporating into
the project, (1) the location of parking areas in the interior of
the site and the location of office buildings a minimum of fifteen
feet from the northerly property line, (2) landscaping the building
setback, (fifteen feet) along northerly property; .(3) construction
of a solid masonry wall six feet high on the northerly and westerly
property lines; (4) installation of left -turn pockets signaliza.tion,
and modified • median strips approved by the traffic engineer;
(5) construction of an additional storm water drainage line in
accordance with the requirements of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood
Control District
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Fresno certifies
that Final Environmental Impact Report No. 10071 has been completed
in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and the
State EIR Guidelines and that Council has reviewed and considered
the information contained herein,
