A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 116th A11ENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 78-325 BY MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER: OF $4,800 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY (0610) TO NON -DEPARTMENTAL,
CAO ADMINISTERED (0910) TO FUND THE DOWNTOWN PIGEON CONTROL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND BLUEBIRD ENTERPRISES FOR THE
PERIOD MAY 1, 1979 TO APRIL 30, 198D.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO;
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 78-325 be and
is hereby amended as follows:
