RESOLUTION NO. 161
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO MAKING THE 46th AMENDMENT TO `RESOLUTION
NO. 77-298 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ESTABLISHING RULES FOR THE
APPLICATION OF CITY EMPLOYEECOMPENSATION RATES
AND SCHEDULES AND RELATED REQUIREMENTS, AND
ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES AND SCHEDULES"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
SECTION 1. That Section 13 of Resolution No. 77-298 be amended
to read as follows
SECTION 13. Members of boards and commissions shall be
compensated for their services as follows:
E05 Civil Service Beard Member - $ 75.00 a month
E02 Planning Commission Member - $150.00 a month,
E03 Housing & Community Development
Commission Member $150.00 a month
E04 Redevelopment Agency Member - $150.00 a month
SECTION 2 That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately.
I, Jacqueline L. Ryle, City Clerk of the City of Fresno, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No.. 79..161 was
regularly passed and adopted by the Council =the City of
Fresno, at a meeting held: April 17 1979, by
the following votes.
