A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING THE 115th
AMENDMENTTO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 78--325 BY MAKING
AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF $85,000 FROM GENERAL CONTINGENCY (0610)
TO NON -DEPARTMENTAL -FINANCE ADMINISTERED (1010) TO PROVIDE REPLACEMENT
OF FRESNO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TAX INCREMENT REPAYMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL
SERVICE CENTER LEASE PAYMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation' Resolution No. 78-325 be and, is
hereby amended as follows:

PURPOSE To provide $85,000 additional funds required for the Municipal Service
Center Lease payment due May 1979, as provided for in the Municipal Service Center
Lease Revenue Bond Issue, replacing decreased Fresno Redevelopment Agency tax increment
repayments.
