! RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORK
iL DIRECTOR TO GRANT A PERMIT FOR ENCROACHMENT
INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT -Off' -WAY AT 2607 FRESNO
STREET'
WHEREAS, Milner -Klein Realty Company, the applicant, is
proposing to build a concrete sidewalk ramp for the Physician's
Building Restoration Project at 2607 Fresno Street.,as indicated
on the attached Exhibit ►'A" and
WHEREAS, affected city: departments, pubic utility companies'
and the Civic Center Advisory Committee have been contacted and
have provided written assurance that they have no objections to
the proposed encroachment; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Exemption No. 2707 has determined that
the requested encroachment is categorically exempt from the
preparation of environmental documents; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid applicant has executed a. covenant
agreement which provides that the said applicant holds the
City harmless from any liability resulting from the issuance
of an encroachment permit and further provides :for the removal
of the encroachments upon request by the City of Fresno
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Fresno that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized
to grant Milner -Klein Realty Company a. permitto encroach ,into
the public right-of-way as shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
adjacent to 2607 Fresno Street
