HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - City Council - 79-142 - 1979-04-10City Attorney is RESOLUTION 79-142 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ESTABLISHING CITY POSITIONS WHICH SHALL, BE SUBJECT TO THE CITY OF FRESNO CONFLICT CODE, WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Political Reform .Act of 1974, the Council of the City of Fresno is the code reviewing body for conflict of interest codes required of city departments and city agencies other than the City Council; and WHEREAS on. January 23 , 19 7 9 A the Council of the City of Fresno adopted Article 20 of Chapter 2 of the Fresno Muni- cipal Code, entitled: Conflict of Interest Cade, which provides that all employees, serving in positions in: the city service which involve the making or participation in the making of decisions which may foreseeably have a material effect on the financial interests of such employees,shall be subject to the disqualification and disclosure provisions of such Conflict of Interest Code; and WHEREASr the Chief Administrative Officer has submitted to the Council a list of certain, city positions which shall be required to report pursuant to the City of Fresno Conflict of Interest Code and the catagories of disclosure, required for such position: NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO RESOLVES AS .FOLLOWS 1.
