RESOLUTION NO. _79,135
A. RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT
(UGM) :PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 64 WHICH RELATES TO
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH GATES
AVENUE NORTH OF WEST . SHAW AVENUE
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could
be provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to a Cost /Revenue Analysis and
it was determined that the project would result in a surplus of
revenue over capital and operating costs of $1, 393,999 over the
five.. -yeas analysis period; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Service
Delivery Plan and the Cost/Revenue Analysis, voted 2 to 2 with. 3
absent to approve said application subject to all conditions contained �
in the Service Deliverer Plan dated March la 1979, (as amended), which
resulted in a tie decision.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Application No. 64 subject
to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan dated
March 1, 1979, (as amended March 22, '1979),
