RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 1 1
A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
ADDING ANNEXED TERRITORY TO "OFFICIAL COUNCIL
DISTRICT MAP" OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
WHEREAS, on October 24, 1978, the Council adopted, by Ordinance, the
"Official Council District Map" establishing six (6) Council Districts within
the City of Fresno; and
WHEREAS, said Official Council District Map designates, pursuant to the
provisions of Charter Section 304.1 the number of each Councilman's office and the
corresponding Council District in which each Councilman is required to reside, and
WHEREAS, said six (6) Council Districts are named and numbered as follows:

WHEREAS, territories have been annexed to the -*City that are located adjacent

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Fresno does hereby
order, pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 2-•208 the territory designated as:
A.shlan-Fruit No.1, Bullard -West No.1, Shaw -Thorne No.4--A, Sierra Madre -Arthur No.3,
Fairmont -Fruit No.2 District Reorganizations and Dervishian Reorganization be
allocated to Council District Number 2; Franklin -Arthur No.1 District Reorganization
be allocated to Council District Number 3 Olive -Peach No.3'and Tyler -Garden N0.2 Dis-
trict Reorganizations be.allocated to Council. District N'n3aer 5 Holland--Bloc%stone
No.3 and Alluvial -First No.1 District Reorganizations be allocated to Council
District Number 6.
