RESOLUTION NO. 7 9 ~ 10
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO FIXING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE. VARIOUS
ADULT SPORTS PROGRAMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Parks and Recreation Director is hereby authorized to
establish fees and charges for teams participating in the Adult Sports Program.
The rates to be charged each team participating in an activity of the program
shall be computed by adding the estimated cost of officials, lights, equipment/
materials and facility preparation to the estimated cost of trophies, if any are
given for the activity, divided by the total number of teas participating in the
activity. Such activities include softball., basketball., and volleyball and such
additional activities that the Parks and Recreation Director shall from time to
time establish.
SECTION 2. Non -Resident Team Member Mates. A non-resident 'team member is
a person residing outside of the City of Fresno. Each non --resident team member
must purchase a non-resident activity card unless such person is handicapped,,
sixty-two years of age or older, or eighteen years of age or under.
SECTION 2. That ResolutiorsNe.78--30, No.78--2E2, and all other Resolutions
which conflict with this Resolution be, and hereby are, repealed
