RESOLUTION NO. 79 -10 4
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 3038, SHAW
BROOK ESTATES.
WHEREAS, Dr. M. E. and A. H. Ensminger has offered for approval
a :final subdivision map designated as Tract No. 3038 Shawbrook
Estates; 'and,
WHEREAS, all the certificates which appear can the final map
(except the approval certificate of the Council of the City of
Fresno and the recording certificate of the Recorder of the County
of Fresno) have been signed and acknowledged and said final map
has been filed for approval; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the boundaries of the
City of Fresno,, a.ndr
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the

Subdivision Map Art of the State of California, and City ordinances,
resolutions and standards; and,

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the proposed subdivision
together with the provisions for its design, and improvement, is
consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the
City.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by
formal resolution has approved the tentative mapand the final
subdivision: neap is in substantial compliance therewith, any
deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved, by this Council
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fresno that said final map is hereby approved*
