THE STATE OF CALIFOPVIA
TfflgMAS the STATE OF CALIFOR UA, Grantor, has presented to the
Council a quitclaim conveying to the CITY OF FRESNO, a municipal corporation,
Grantee, certain real property north of Shields Avenue at the Fresno Air
Term. al in the City of Fresno, County of Fresno, State of California, par-
ticularly described as.
Southwest quarter Vest .half of Southeast quarter and
?hest half of East half of Southeast quarter all in
Section 20, Township 13 South, Range 21 East, Mount
Diablo Bases and Meridian.
FCEPTING FFit?`i, that portion of the Ttest 1/2 of
the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 2
described as follows
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Wrest 1/2 o
the East 1./2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20; -thence
west along the south line thereof1.40 feet, thence north
parallel with the east line thereof 450 feet; thence
east parallel with the south lane thereof 140 feet to
the east line thereof thence south along said: east link
to the point of beginning.
and
VI:f MAS, the Grantor has offered this property to the City without
limitation upon its use or disposition by the Grantee, ether than that title
to this property shall remain in a public agency, and
WHEREAS, the Grantor has offered ,this property pursuant to the pro-
visions of Chapter 513, Statutes 1978, and in consideration of th-emineral
rights granted by execution of the quitclaim and grant of mineral rights;

that the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to execute an: acceptance
of said quitclaim of the property hereinabove described, and to cause said
quitclaim and acceptance to be duly recorded in the office of the Clerk -
Recorder of Fresno County.
