A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF _THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING THE 101st
AMENDMM TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 78-325 BY
MAKING A TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS ($950) FROM THE GENERAL Rim
CONTINGENCY TO CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (2097) FOR THE INSTALLMENT
PURCHASE OF COPIER EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution. No 78-325 be and is hereby
amended as follows:

PURPOSE To provide funds for the installment purchase of existing copier
equipment being rented by Citizen Participation,
I. Jacqueline L. Ryle, City Clerk of the City of Fresno, certify that the foregoing
Resolution was adopted by the Council of the City of Fresno, State of California, at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 6 t h day of Ma r c h 19 7 9 and
that the same was passed by the fallowing votes.
