RESOLUTION NO. 79-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
CONDITIONALLY APPROVING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT
(UCM) PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 52 WHICH RELATES TO
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST HERNDON
AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH BLACKSTONE AVENUE AND NORTH
FRESNO STREET
WHEREAS, the project was assessed by the Service Delivery Review
Committee and a plan was developed by which urban services could
be provided; and
WHEREAS, the project was subjected to a Cost/Revenue Analysis and
it was determined that the project would result in a surplus of
revenue over capital and operating costs of $21,150.00 over the
five-year analysis period; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after considering the report and
recommendation of the Planning and Inspection Department, the Service
Delivery Plan and the Cast/Revenue Analysis, resolved to recommend
to the City Council the approval of UGM Permit Application No. 62.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Fresno City Council hereby
approves Urban Growth Management Permit Application No. 62 subject
I to compliance with the conditions of the Service Delivery Plan dated
February 5, 1979
