RES OLUT I ON NO. _
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR TO SIGN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS NO. 02,
REVISION 1. and NO. 03 TO FEDERAL AID MASTER AGREE-
MENT NO. 06-5060 BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Public Works Director is authorized and directed to
sign, on 'behalf of the City, the Program Supplements No. 02,
Revision. 1 and No. 03 of said Federal Aid Master Agreement.
