RESOLUTION NO. 79-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO r CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MAP OF PROPOSED
BOUNDARIES :AND DESIGNATING NAME OF CITY OF
FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fresno, State of
California, that.
1. The map submitted by the Public Works Director of
the City of Fresno showing the proposed boundaries of the CITY OF
FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79, City of Fresno,. County of
Fresno, State of California, a copy of which is attached and
marked Exhibit "A' is hereby approved.
Z. Such map shall govern for all details as to the
extent of such district.
3. The &Lea set forth and described in such map is
hereby designated as "CITY OF FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Na 79"
by which name it shall be known in all proceedings of this Council
relative thereto.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fresno at
